Bidil Drug Information

Bidil is a drug that is a combination of two components. One part of the combination is Isosorbide Dinitrate, a nitrate that helps in dilating the blood vessels. This widens and relaxes the heart, making it easy for the heart to pump in blood. The other part of the component is Hydralazine, a vasilidator that helps in relaxing the veins and the arteries, thereby making it easier to pump oxygen rich blood to the heart. It is also used to treat cases of heart failure.
