Claritin D is a combinational drug. It consists of two components, namely Loratadine and Pseudoephedrine. Loratadine is a drug which is a second generation anti-histamine. This drug is used for treating allergies. Pseudoephedrine is a sympathomimetic agent. It belongs to the amphetamine class of chemicals.
