Condylox Drug Information

Condylox is an antimitotic agent that is available for therapeutic use in the form of a topical solution. Mainly indicated for use in external genital warts, this medication should be used only upon prescription of a physician and after a diagnosis of genital warts has be conclusive. Patients are strictly advised not to diagnose themselves as the appearance of squamous cell carcinoma, in certain cases, resemble genital warts and this generic drug has no effect on squamous cell carcinoma. Condylox Dosage Information

This medication is pharmacologically known as Podofilox. Since this is available in the form of a solution, it is to be administered topically with the help of a sterile applicator that is supplied with the medication. The recommended dose for this drug is 0.5% and it is to be applied on the affect region twice day (twelve hours apart) for three continuous days. After that, it is reapplied on the same day the following week (after a break of four days).
