Diovan Drug Information
Diovan is a drug used to treat patients with high blood pressure (hypertension) or heart failure. This generic drug lowers blood pressure by preventing the blood vessels from narrowing down and thereby improving blood flow. This drug can also reduce the risk of death post heart attack. This drug stops the production of a natural hormone called Angiotensin which constricts blood vessels and drives blood pressure up. Diovan Dosage Information
Discount Diovan may be administered with other antihypertensive agents. Recommended initial dosage is 80 mg or 160 mg once daily. Exercise caution for patients with hepatic or renal impairment. Side Effects and Precautions For Diovan
