Frova is an abortive medication belonging to the triptan group of drugs which is used to treat migraine attacks in adults, including short term menstrual migraine. When patients use Frovatriptan, they find their migraine symptoms to have completely disappeared or significantly reduced. It is effective in reducing migraine symptoms such as vomiting, nausea, and sensitivity to sound and light.
