Naftin Drug Information
Naftin is an antifungal drug available in the form of cream or gel. It can be used to treat tinea pedis (athlete’s foot), tinea corporis (Ringworm) and tinea cruris (Jock itch). Naftin is a topical medication that can be applied to the affected areas. The precise reaction of the medicine on the infected area is not known but it is understood that the drug selectively prevents the production of fungus causing enzymes on application to affected area.
