Propecia Drug Information:
Propecia is a steroid reductase inhibitor administered for treatment of male baldness (a state also known as androgenetic alopecia). It is a condition in men when they start losing their hair at the top and in the middle of the scalp. The reason for the receding and thinning of men’s hair is the gradual conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT) in their body.
