Relpax Drug Information

The drug minimizes pain and pressure on the brain caused by dilation of blood vessels, which induce migraine attacks. The drug narrows blood vessels and thus relieves migraine headache and concurrent symptoms like nausea or light and sound sensitivity. The effect for patients who buy Relpax and take it is very fast, in less than two hours, lasting up to 24 hours. It is not indicated for treatment of hemiplegic or basilar migraine.

Relpax Drug Dosage

Discount Relpax is administered in initial single doses of 20 mg or 40 mg for migraine treatment in adults. A dosage of 40 mg offers greater relief than 20 mg but the individual response to drug doses has to be considered. A high dose of 80 mg, although effective, causes a higher adverse reaction rate. If necessary, with recurrent headache, a repeat dose at least two hours after the initial dose may be needed. Do not exceed the single dose of 40 mg and the maximum daily dose of 80 mg. The drug is sold in dosages of 20 mg or 40 mg. At North Meds, customers can buy generic or brand drug, in the dosages of 20 mg or 40 mg. Cheap Replax is available by prescription and assorted quantities come at cheaper rates.
